Business Use Case:
Our app is designed to provide cross-border procurement services for overseas customers. Simply tell us what products you need, and we’ll place the orders with suppliers on Chinas leading e-commerce platform, 1688. The products will be delivered to our designated warehouse, and once all items are gathered, we’ll ship them directly to you. Throughout the process, you can transparently view the original prices of the products, as we do not mark up the prices—our only charge is a service fee. The platform carefully selects reliable suppliers, ensures product quality, and handles all logistics and customs clearance, saving you considerable time and effort.
System Features:
1. Curated Product Recommendations: Our platform handpicks and recommends high-quality products from 1688, ensuring that you receive the best possible goods.
2. Transparent Transaction Process: After selecting products and generating an order in the app, customers pay for the products and the procurement service fee upfront. Once all items arrive at the warehouse, the system calculates the shipping cost based on the actual weight of the package. After paying the shipping fee, the platform arranges for delivery to the customer’s specified address.
3. Flexible Order Management: Customers can cancel orders anytime before the supplier starts production. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled. If there are quality issues with the received products, customers can apply for a refund. Non-quality issues are not eligible for refunds.
4. Convenient Customer Support: The app offers real-time online customer support to answer any questions you may have. You can also contact us via email for assistance.
5. Multiple Payment Options: We support payments in your local currency, with amounts converted based on the bank’s exchange rate. Customers can choose to pay online through the app or recharge their wallet first and then pay for orders using the wallet. Note that online payments or wallet recharges may incur bank fees, which are charged by the bank, not by the platform. Cash on delivery is currently not supported.
